Desiree Schanding Art is lead by artist Desiree Schanding and she leads a group of 1. I run this business by myself! If an issue arrises with your order please know that I will work diligently with you to make it right. Please review the following policies that may help if an order is lost in the mail or you have any other questions.
When will I receive my order?
Once an order is received it can take 7-21 days before you receive your order. Check your order status and tracking number sent to you when you placed your order.
- Original Artwork - You can expect to receive your order between 14-21 days if shipped in the U.S. If shipped out of the U.S. it may take longer. I will be in close contact with you through email to ensure dialogue with art collectors.
- Prints, Journals, Cards - You can expect to receive your order between 7-14 days if shipped in the U.S. It may take up to 30 days outside of the U.S.
Returns
All sales are final. But, contact me and explain. I'll try to make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- If the item arrived damaged, a picture/video of it will be required to review your claim. Fill out this Damaged Item Received Form. Contact me and have a conversation with me. I'm sure that I can make it right.
Lost in Transit/Item Not Received
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- I ordered an Original Artwork - All Items are carefully packaged by me and shipped via USPS and insured. Contact me directly at desireeschanding@gmail.com if you haven't received your order within 30 days after receiving the "Artwork Shipped" email. Fill out this form as well.
- I ordered a poster, journal or card - Check the "Order Shipped" email and make sure that the address you provided is correct and it's been 15 days since. Fill out this order not received form and I'll respond with 48 hours with next steps.
- I ordered a print - Please check your tracking number within the order shipped email you received and follow guidelines listed. Email me as a back up.
